Terms & Conditions

    1. Offer is valid on all new enrolments commencing care between 1 November and 31 December 2020.
    2. Offer is valid for new enrolments only and is not redeemable upon transfer between Think Group Services.
    3. Eligible families must pick either the 2-weeks free care option or $250 Coles/Myer voucher option upon enrolment.
    4. Subject to the availability of care at the Services.
    5. A child enrolling with a Service must be eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
    6. Offer is valid for enrolments with a minimum of 2 days per week.
    7. Families must be enrolled for a minimum of 4 weeks to be eligible for the offer.
    8. If the 2-weeks free care option is selected, fees will be waived for the first 2 weeks of enrolment and thereafter the standard fees applicable to each Service will apply.
    9. If the $250 Coles/Myer voucher option is selected, the family is deemed to be eligible at the end of the 4 weeks period and voucher will be provided within a reasonable time thereafter.
    10. Offer may be revoked if families do not keep their account up to date during the 2 weeks care  period or remain enrolled for 4 weeks. If the 2-weeks free care option is selected, charges may be levied for the first 2-week period retrospectively if this is not maintained.
    11. The child must not have been enrolled in a Service that is managed by the Think Group within the previous six months. The child must not currently be enrolled in a Service that is managed by the Think Group.
    12. Limited to the first twenty confirmed enrolments per Service which are to be assessed on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis, subject to the terms and conditions of this promotion.
    13. Offer is valid once per family.
    14. Multiple children may be covered under this promotion by the same family.
    15. Not valid with any other offer.
    16. Offer subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
